GM. It's a holiday Monday here. I will spending the afternoon at the spa with my wife. Saunas, hotubs and some cold plunges.

All of this sounded great to me until the cold plunge 😅 My friend AlabamaHodl who I can't tag on Amethyst for some reason would love the cold plunge.

My sis @misslightning is a pro at the cold plunges and is getting me into it. It's kinda wild, but I like it when I can do it.
