Can someone recommend a cheap and solid portable phone that is not a #smartphone ?

Thinking max 80€, only for phone calls, sms with friends. WhatsApp not needed. Should have long battery life.

I know about graphene OS and other alternatives to #degoogle but last I checked they were still fairly pricey.
