These are great if you like 'barefoot' shoes. They have the right amount of protection and my foot can still move

I was going to say they look pretty flexible... Never tried barefoot shoes tbh
It takes time to build up to wearing them daily.
Our natural shock absorber/ stabilizing muscles and tendons are often underdeveloped from shoes with arch support and raised heels. Achilles tendon injuries are common when switching over. I recommend just an hour or two at a time until you get used to it. I worked up to running a half marathon in them.
