I disagree with this. Clothing does not preclude using all available forms of coercion, including using sexuality as such.

The idea of covering sexual organs might have little to do with modesty, and more to do with protecting those organs from damage, as they are crucial for reproduction.

But using coercion and violence to enslave a population had many side effects and anything that could be "demonized" was, so the slaves were taught that parts of their body belonged only to the gods or their representatives...

Yes, I can take this much further. Clearly I woke up and chose philosophy today.

Thanks for sharing your insight.

For clarity, my point is along the lines of "the emperors have no clothes'. People hid their own shortcomings so much that they start to believe their own hype. They think they are superior to another. Hiding behind expensive suits, accessories, cars etc. Yet, what happens if this same person was stripped naked, head shaved, and forced to fight in a gladiator match? Who are you really? Who are you under all the ego you've wasted time building up. A brittle shell that is broken with the first contact with reality.

All these criminals in government and law enforcement are cowards who hide and are never on equal grounds as us.

I detest.

Dress like you're poor. Eat plain food. Stretch and grow your body and mind. Don't hide, expose yourself and either die or adapt.

That's the thought I was trying to convey.
