When the pain comes slowly it doesn’t really motivate people, they just hope and endure. When pain comes fast enough to see the change the smart ones extrapolate into the future, plan and act accordingly. Even so many will find it hard to take a small leap into the unknown, the majority find comfort in the known even when it’s disaster.
