Especially refined junk carbs. Yup. I know it. I'm finally starting to be able to discern what my body is doing/reacting now. It's kinda weird how dumb/numb I was before.

I wish more people would try it just to see. So many of their health complaints would likely be improved. Depression esp.
My long depression broke late late year, so I'm not sure that I'm noticing that now, but, the whole body awareness thing is definitely weird since it's the first time in my life that I'm able to parse data internally this way.
I am glad your depression went away. And I am happy to hear you have had such a positive exoerience with it! The discipline can be hard at first, but once you reap the benefits, there is no question that it is worth it 💪
I'm not so sure. I hate all of it. I'm too lazy for this kinda thing long term. No clue if it's gonna stick.
I cycle it. Havent done it since last summer lol and for the previous year or so I would do two weeks on and two weeks off give or take. You will know when it is time. And my god carbs are so tasty 😂
Ketosis is a stress. Life had been very stressful since summer so I will eat carbs bc they are the easiest source of energy for the body. All about that balance and listening to what your body needs.
I'm gonna stick with mostly beef until I hit my goal weight which is ~70lbs away. (I'm fat, to be blunt.) so I'm in it until that happens. After that, we'll see.
Way to go, Beave! That will drop right off then you can see what works for you 😁🫂💜
It'll take time. The good thing about carnivore is that it's so simple that even a lady idjit like me can do it. I have less to clean up. There's way less time cooking. Heating up meat and eating it is really about as simple as it gets, and I kinda like that.
Agree that part is quite nice. Very simple.
