Found myself in a loop.
My wrist hurts, because I skipped some days with pushups, and then did 300 pushups in a row doing/trying groups of 40, because that was my progression level.
But now I also skipped for 3 days to rest my wrists, but I have to do 300 again.
Deja vu
So now I will take back the progression, and slowly build up 40 again, so I can progress further.
Let's go!
