This shrine represented a problem the first time I went in. I spent a good amount of time trying to make it over the pit; but nothing worked.
Then I went back with my tools. Only the new wing suit was needed to cross.
Remember! If you happen to have one of those bugged Tears of the Kingdom copies that don't have the paraglider, it doesn't mean you can't play the game.
