Interesting. So do you find it best to take it prior to exercise or is it something where you have a build up where your body uses it as needed?

You most definitely won’t feel the effects right away. After about 2 weeks of taking it on a daily basis you may notice more strength and energy, along with significant changes in the way your muscles look and feel due to more water circulation.

I‘ve heard people take it before they exercise, others also say after exercise is best, I don’t think really matters. As long as you are taking it on a daily basis, regardless of if you’re planning to exercise. It should essentially be a part of your routine, so that you take it at around the same time every day.
