They did a similar thing in Ireland with regards to a state sponsered surveillance programme monitoring anti-lockdown protestors.

It was authorised by the Minister of Health without jurisidction.

A freedom of information request was granted for the release of all files relating to the contract.

All of a sudden they got "cyber attacked" and all of the files just vaninshed.
