It's not easy to get that kind of a raise, but it seems that the corporate world has encouraged mobility. You don't get rewarded for loyalty anymore, so people just move around until they are satisfied with their pay rate. I left due to relocation and they wanted me back with work from home, so it work out for me 🍻
