Jokes on her. That silver has never been worth $5k since I bought it. Bought within a month of the market peaking at like 32 an ounce.
Oh and it was a little over 8 BTC. I bought late in the year at $17. Sold the next year at about $242.

Don’t think many did back then. I watched a piece on Laszlo in 2010 buying pizza for bitcoin. Went straight over my head 🤷♂️
I could have started mining Bitcoin in 2011 but I looked at it and thought it seemed like a stupid idea. 🤷

The value of that house has increased about 120% since I lived in it 11 years ago and the value of Bitcoin has increased about 17,500% in the same time.

Nice house
It was nice. Originally it was built as a bread and breakfast. It was built by Joan Crawford's daughter Christina Crawford (the one who wrote Mommy Dearest) and she was my landlady and next door neighbor.
Lots of wildlife on that 20 acres. Turkeys, deer, elk, wolves, bears. I had a herd of about 30 elk that would come graze my lower pasture in the evenings.
