This! Even if you entered the space now, you should be anticipating 10x over next decade (conservatively). If 10x isn't good enough, you have an income/net worth problem not a return problem

Right? Like wtf is wrong with you lol. If you held stocks for even a few years you’d get a feel for what is normal returns 🤦‍♂️

Hadn't thought of that. Most of these people haven't owned stocks or RE, etc. So they don't appreciate every 4 year cycle is lifetimes of returns
