We blame state socialism, not the foreigners that come for the sole reason to participate in the socialist redistribution.
AfD and CDU are also socialists, but their selling point is the promise to redistribute only to people that actually paid into the system. (Which is the same bullshit but feels more fair to the taxpayer).
The "foreigners" aren't even to blame, they aren't allowed to work and minimum wage laws makes finding work for them often impossible in any case.
Also, poor people suffer way more under the costs of green politics like taxing CO2 emissions and other green bullshit.
