Did my second-ever yoga session today.

Still terrible at it 😅

BUT! Better than yesterday…

I think.

Feels like it’s doing something good for both my body and soul so I’ll keep going.

I clearly need to work on my flexibility.

Anyone got tips for a stiff Bitcoiner trying to touch his toes? 😂🤷‍♂️

My personal experience with yoga is that it's generally torture while doing but I feel much better after. And the results are quite remarkable at how much easier physically demanding things become (bending down to tie a shoe, jumping into a truck bed, reaching behind the TV console for cables, sitting for long periods of time)
