I wanted to get some baby practice. The exhaustion from sleep cycles disruption are brutal. I can't believe I am actually also having an insomnia kind of night. Well the night is gone already. 🥴

So GM to you and I guess I will just drag myself through today somehow probably mostly in bed.

When you do have babies, I recommend you try cosleeping. You probably won't miss any night sleep. I have 2 kids, one is 2 and one 6mo, and I never missed a night sleep, even in newborn stage :-)
