I can Zap from Primal phone app,

but I can't do it from the web.

What could be wrong?

If you’re using it on a desktop, you’ll need a browser extension like Alby with a Lightning wallet connected to it

But still unable to zap on web client.

The desktop primal wallet is still in development

Ok, I'll Zap from the mobile version for now, no problem.

I just thought I was an idiot and had set something up wrong.
