If we assume that there was a list that had some extra names added to it and those names later sued for defamation of character and could prove they were lies, it wouldn't go well for Trump. Some sources of data can be poisoned and not useable until further evidence comes to light... Either that or the Deep State really does have something on him that hasn't come out over the last 8 years...
