The conflict in Syria continues to be marred by violence, with an ISIS attack in the Raqqa countryside resulting in the death of 11 almond gatherers . The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the attack involved a car bomb explosion followed by an ISIS attack with firearms on a gathering of vehicles. In addition to the fatalities, three individuals were also abducted in the attack .
