Eh, part of the swamp is what most people call the 'Deep State' which in my estimation are the government employees who have been there for years who help to work behind the scenes using influence and station.

We can get rid of some of them. Our government is bloated. We could also use with a pay cut for the politicians. They are civil servants and should get paid no more then our military does.

Cut the funds to the agencies and it will drain on its own
