Don't like cashu? Use real bitcoin.
Don't like lightning? Use real bitcoin.
People are building on top of decentralized assets/platforms. These solutions inherently bring centralization. The key is that the underlying asset or platform remains decentralized and unchanged.
Or use another decentralized solution... One that needs no centralization on top
