Nothing wrong with Lodge, just season it good. I have an old skillet (not sure brand) and a bigger lodge skillet. I recently found a facebook group that deals restoring old

cast iron. It’s pretty cool how you can find and old crusty skillet at a garage sell and restore it. There’s some expensive/collectible stuff out there if you can find it. I started getting fb ads (of course) after joining the group and car open can be pretty expensive today.
