The wire holding my garage door snapped. I can't get my car out of there...

I am annoyed because I'll miss the ice times I am supposed to be at in 1hr.

On the flip side, I get to hangout with my dog for the evening and work in the garage.

There should be a latch where the door attaches to the track. Disconnect it then deadlift the door.

I have to reconnect the cable to the pulley. I already did disconnect the latch to even out the door on the ground.

I'll have to reconnect the cable to the pulley, then adjust the tension.

Until I do, I won't be able to open up the door manually. It's too heavy to keep it up.
