Just a small slice of that is probably what I paid for the entire Tri Tip 😂

Plus I only put salt on my meat, I'm sure that's probably got a bunch of other shit I don't want on that brisket.

Nice, minimal is good. i don't do pepper though.

Reason I'm getting into smoking my own meats is so I can have smoked meats on strict Lion Diet which is Red Meat + Salt + Water.

bahahaha we lived there for a short while and could never find brisket-only tri-tip. that's when we discovered franklin bskt. Sooooo when I see tri-tip I think Cali haha
