Better to just read Marcus Aurelius directly. People can make mistakes, but AFAIK he never apologized for his vaxx hysteria and it exposed fundamentally corrupted thought that I can’t separate from the rest of his work.
I can't remember exactly what it was but I feellike I lost some respect for him before the VAX thing. Could have been trump related but yeah I definitely didn't feel like he really practices the stoicism. Though I think his writing is pretty accessible and not innacurate in terms of stoicism (AFAIK)
