Maybe Universal Studios Singapore? It's also the school summer vacation season, so many people are traveling abroad.

Obon is an anniversary though that spirits of ancestors coming back to home from another world. This tradition may came from Buddhism or an old myth in Japan or maybe mixed together. Many of Japanese people tend to take their holiday during this period.
