#[0]​ #[1]​ question about security on the passport:

Is there a way to shield the key and recovery information with some kind of password (or even just the pin)?

OR can another who’s holding the device (assuming it’s open past the initial pin entry) just go to the backup screen and retrieve the keys?

I understand that the device uses / can use passphrase, however, on the pk recovery screen, it seems that scrolling down ALSO show the active passphrase.

Is there a way to shield this information with an additional security checkpoint on the device? If not, is this planned as a feature at some point?

No, there is not any plan to change that model.

As the person holding Passport could simply send all funds anyways once you've put in the PIN it's a bit of security theater to require the PIN for any of that info again!
