Not sure which are good but dirt/mud should be strong natural sunscreen 😂 not very practical unless you are in jungle and no idea what chemicals dirt has.
nostr:npub14yf4yasnqgpkzjrzhysshglf82e8nkp8r9sn5hzqu4n244k3avtshhwpyu actually made me think about sunscreen brands, I checked a few bottles I have at home and got kind of mindblown about the ingredients, they all sound very chemical... I started looking into this a little…
Which brand of natural sunscreen would you recommend?
I know that banning seed oils from your diet should also help, believe me, I’m trying to, but it sure isn’t easy. So for now I’m gonna go with natural sunscreens.

Actually there are some good things in the dirt for your skin… Organic matter, minerals, nutrients, trace elements, and other stuff in sure, but over all might be dangerous because soil also has bacteria, viruses, and fungi that I’m sure can cause infections or some kind of skin irritation. Also parasites like hookworms or other helminths in the soil that can penetrate the skin and cause health issues 🤢.
Sure it would work fine. I wouldn’t pick dirt or mud when I’m somewhere in public 😂 but thanks tho.
