I think there has to be a value proposition here — some compelling content or voices you can’t get elsewhere.

I saw a thread early where you (Stella) argued that bitcoin could not have been created by China because of its repressive culture/system.

Maybe the same is true for centralized social media where it’s mostly status competition and the threat of censorship.

The breakthroughs will happen in the land of the free.

Axioms > network effects over the long haul. In fact that’s the bet on BTC > USD.
