Listen I’m a glutton.

I get a king size package of Reese’s sticks, share size butterfingers, cookies and cream Met-RX meal replacement bar, and a chocolate sea salt Rx Bar. Then sometimes I would also get the Doritos knockoff of takis, starburst minis, and these little (600 calorie) crème pies at the grocery store

The snacks I’d get everyday were 1600 calories, 70g of protein, and 190g of carbohydrates. Truly amazing I wasn’t fatter than I was, I must have been like 50 lbs overweight, but I don’t have a scale lol

WHATS WORSE is that I was also eating out, some big meal, every day after work. Then I would also eat dinner at home. I must have been eating like 6000+ calories a day. Thank God for my metabolism 🤣

It definitely helps that I intermittent fast until 4pm and I am doing manual labor. For the last few weeks I have only been eating out and binging once or twice a week. I definitely need to optimize my diet.
