Only the most unbelievably moronic companies select by conformism

Unfortunately there's a lot of them

But the converse is also true

Good companies search for the anomalies

This has gone on for a long time

It happens in interviews

The difference is that there's more data

What is needed is more competition

A big problem in modern capitalism in that moronic survives and prospers

That's a function of abundant wealth

Corporate structures that rely on conformity are relics of the past

And need to be consigned to history along with suits and ties
