I have watched my physique and physiognomy improve even further by just fasting if I don’t have access to proper food and drink (outside of prescribed fasting days).

If, for whatever reason, I only have access to ultra-processed or sub-par garbage, I will just not eat or drink, I will just go hungry until I have access to proper ones.

It is usually with food as water is available in every corner.

Minimal, if any impact to muscle mass and size even if eating a bit less sometimes.

fasting is from sunnah , so remember that when ever you fast so you get the ajr (أجر) from doing so !
