Why do i need WoT to download/update apps from GitHub repos? I don't get it.

If you blindly trust Github, you don't need it (and you can always skip it anyway). A relay proxying to Github coming soon.

Not all apps on Zapstore are hosted on Github.

Functional on my end, retrieved update info and updated an app successfully.

Are those packages from a common host? Maybe their cert expired?

They're all F-Droid.

That does indeed seem to be the problem. It's all my F-Droid apps and no others.

Remarkably, it looks like F-Droid let their cert expire.
