ChatGPT has become highly regarded. Very often it outputs a couple of sentences and then suddenly stops because of some "network error" or some other bullshit error. I seem to have to regenerate the response a couple of times to get a proper answer, and some times I even need to tell it that it didn't finish it's previous response.

Is it tired of all our stupid questions?

Or is making questions to chatGPT making us more silly?

nah, overall made us more efficient (even though it gives some bullshit answers sometimes)

I heard from people that openAI(company behind chatgpt) is really regarded not open-source and etc. They are not a fan of chatgpt. And that person is also open-source fan. So I think that you shouldn't use it.

No--it simply needs time to buffer all the data it has collected from you...

(If you haven't yet, read the ChatGPT "Terms of Service"...)
