Just OFAC sanctioned nations. Blacklist has only eased in restriction since we launched.

interesting, this was a M247 UK server, I retired with a mullvad owned server and it was fine. maybe an issue?

If you restore the previous wallet you can change the handle associated w that node and then claim it with the new wallet
