I'm probably annoying because people are killing the planet
The planet is a rock floating in the space... It can't be hurt. It already experienced multiple mass extinction events. It wasn't phased.

The rock doesn't matter without the biosphere on it. Can't believe that needs to be explained to you
If the rock doesn't matter then stop talking about the planet and admit that you are a small, scared, selfish, anthropo-centric human.
