I don't know how you don't understand WoT π€£ Blossom, sure, but we use WoT daily IRL.

I don't think my little ol' relay.tools relay does that kind of thing.

My #NostrElites relay runs on WoT-Relay. I have it deployed on a server. You'd need to spin up a VPS (virtual private server) and build the code from GitHub to run what I'm running.
