It’s kinda refreshing to see a different silly side when I’ve grown up seeing grown men be bumbling idiots that are terrified of their wives.

dang i wonder what culture you grew up around 😭 i’ve mostly seen the opposite.

i think its sort of funny, in the way that i wonder why is that’s even on a kids show lol, (like how salty was the writer towards his wife that he felt compelled to make those jokes lol). but i guess it’s also as funny as i would find a joke of poor taste in a comedy show.

it’s interesting how it’s a reoccurring theme 🤔 and i guess comedy like that isn’t funny bc of what they’re saying, but because the person making the joke is a little disconnected from reality (and we all like to be disconnected sometimes)

I grew up in America. In the same show Timmy’s dad is a complete moron

I watched Malcolm in the middle a lot too. The dad was a spineless idiot.

Fathers are almost always spineless, dumb, or deadbeats. Sometimes all three.

what do you think is more harmful on our future generations, deadbeat dads or insulting dads? haha

I think government and fiat need to leave Hollywood for good and let the free market decide. More options is always better. Today Hollywood serves as a propaganda machine for the state. Before the “deadbeat dads” they were making stuff like this video. I think with the internet, we are seeing more variety in entertainment which is good.
