Not sure it's just #Americans. When authority and surveillance and AI combine in real time against pre-crimes, where the crimes sway and shift to suit the bureaucratic whim. This affects every human, even the bureaucrats who think they can exempt themselves. Tribalism, whilst useful in the past to fight for resources on the Savanna, is a liability in centralised AGI world.
