I don't believe Nostr will grow at all so your question is moot. Ottman also thought minds would grow when he monetized likes. It grew in terms of bots flooding his network, that's about it. Go there now, it's a graveyard of bots botting at bots and shills posting ads for their 3 viewer podcasts.

The core 80% of users here are coinbrains, so they will dump their proprietary shitcoins on the lower IQ percentiles until a bunch of bots and a few idiots are left holding the worthless bag. Then they will move on to their next pump & dump as they always do.
