About Ark VS Lightning Network

Bitcoin is open source and anyone can create his own "layer" be two, third, four, etc

The network effect is that will count in the end of day. In simple words, if your layer have adoption and network effect, you won the game

Ark brought new ideas and I had read the "deep dive" more of twice for understand the concept. However now, I understand the proposal and is great, mainly about self custody.
