Merchan delays sentencing

Acting state judge, Juan Merchan, could've waited until the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision on the immunity issue, as the Trump lawyers asked, but he chose to speed ahead, because he is a conflicted political hack running a Stalinist star chamber.  He wanted the convictions, ensured he would get them, and delivered to Biden the "convicted felon" campaign propaganda Biden wanted.  The Trump lawyers have rightly asked, and have been granted, the opportunity to file a motion to vacate the decision.  Sentencing has been postponed until September.  Merchan is fine with moving the date later.Why? Because the stage-5 demented Biden and his campaign thugs will continue to use the "convicted felon" moniker as long as they can.

I continue to urge President Trump's lawyers to seek a common law writ directly from the Supreme Court, which I believe should have been filed before the justices left for vacation, to resolve all the unconstitutional behavior in Merchan's courtroom for reasons I have explained often.
