I never said that you shouldn’t eat meat! All I said is that humanity has always eaten plants and that „eating plants ist killing you“ is bullshit.
Two remarks to your list:
- Creatine can be found in mushrooms
- Most of the vitamin D that the body needs, he produces himself
In China they eat dogs
You know how science works? Do you?
Spamming some YouTube links proves nothing. Show me a RCT (Randomized Control Trail) that proves that eating plants is killing humans.
