She'll be alright but the guts to tell a retired woman, living in a tiny place, to manage her utility usage better (in writing) is not only unacceptable, it's respect less, rude and cannot be tolerated. The utilities have gone up 100's of percent that's not her wrong doing. That woman has paid her dues her entire life and now, since she's oc paid the bill they serve her with such a letter on her tiny pension. She literally has less than €100 of her pension left for this month since she didn't expect to have this rejected.
Fortunately her son has Bitcoin.
