Why does this look exactly like any of my regular dreams?

Are they fun or scary or both ?
They are always very bizarre. I probably wouldn't say scary because I'm normally aware of the fact that I'm dreaming, but they can still be exhausting specially if I can't control the flying ๐
I miss remembering my dreams.... I had bizarre ones too lol, impossible to describe some...and miss flying also ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
But too intense...when I wake up exhausted I know I had one of those....๐

Honestly, many times dreaming is more tiring than not sleeping at all!
I can't recall when, but more than 3y ago...I sometimes remember parts if I wake up in the middle of dream or during day, something happens that make me remember a part of the dream.
It's exhausting anyway, without remembering lol
I wake feeling like I was in a battle.
