I have another confession. Today I ate a medium fry from McDonalds. Not only am I shame, it made my insides feel awful. I’m sorry I was weak and allowed my friend to convince me it was ok to have fiat oil cooked fries just this one time. It’s been years… it won’t happen again. 😔
