Find myself becoming increasingly bored with AI art; what once was fascinating now feels…dull and lifeless.

It definitely has a look/feel to it.
Even the LLM-generated songs/poems/etc. I no longer marvel, I just scroll past.
It'll come in waves---rn it's just the novelty wave---humanity will take it..mold create---and find a way to bring new life to art with these tools --- or..they'll continue to evolve---I hear you though --with AI we are limited more by the creativity of our questions---and since many have not cultivated an artists sense or sentiment---we'll see wave of mediocrity with poor prompts---these will not carry resonance as your comment illustrates---and WE'll grow --- All is well -- Let's get it fam!
