I think he’s referring to the claim that covid was possibly designed to target certain ethnicities. Supposedly according to a study he linked ethnic Chinese, Finns and ashkenazi Jew are less prone to covid and blacks and whites are more prone.
Did he really say for covid specifically? I though he meant that's a general type of "biodefence" research they perform?

He said for covid and the study he linked supposedly supports that but he also talked more generally that the US and Soviet Union and other countries worked on these types of weapons. Afaik that’s never been shown but it’s always been rumored.
