Potato beds finished! Might not look like much, but I am satisfied. Turned out to be a 14 hour project. The beds are now about 18 inches deep of loose sandy loam soil, although rocky, and mostly sand. I am planting Baltic rose, Elba, Masquerade, La ratte, Caribou Russet, and Pinto Gold. So

God willing it will be a bumper crop. 🥔 🥔 🥔
