Grind sounds like a lot of friction 😉 It's eventually the same thing, but I prefer to ride the challenges as a joyful flow.

Yeah, that's another way of putting it ... falling in love with the grind 👌 Which makes it much less of a grind, turns it into magic.
To a good extent, yes I did. But oh boy, of course are there challenges out there where my threatened mind wants to take over again and see life as a struggle again.
